Allendale views foster parents as
team members in the care and treatment of disadvantaged children.
Our children have a variety of backgrounds, as well as emotional,
behavioral, or mental health problems. They may have been exposed
to drugs or alcohol in utero or have chronic medical or physical
conditions.
Only a few very special families are able and willing to take the
risks and make the sacrifices involved.
